Feeling overwhelmed by your ADHD symptoms?
You are not alone!

How it works
Group therapy is a highly effective way to learn and build skills, practice communication techniques, share support and encouragement, and give back to others with similar lived experiences.
Skill Building
Practice is more fun in the company of others.
Problem Solving
Thinking outside the box is an ADHD strength.
Community
We're better together! You are not alone; you are needed here.
"The therapeutic value of the group lies in the space it creates for self-acceptance and self-discovery."
If you have ADHD, I have the group for you.
Let's get started
The groups I run are setup with an ADHD-friendly foundation-this is a safe space to unmask, work on your challenges, and have fun in community. I know how difficult focus and organization can be and each group is structured so these skills are setup and modeled for you in each session. Your time is precious and I want you to get what you need out out of every group session.

Schedule your consult call
Fit matters. During your call, we will discuss what your goals are and make sure that the group is going to be a good fit for you and you will be a good fit for the group. If your needs are better met with a therapy intensive, we can discuss that option too.
Mark your calendar
Joining a group is a commitment to yourself and the group. You are an important part of the group you join. Mark your calendar to make sure you don't miss a session. I can't wait for you to get started!

Progress, adjust, and celebrate achievements
One of the most rewarding parts of group therapy is holding space for your own successes and the successes of your other group members. I can't say it enough, "we're better together."

FAQs
How do I know if an ADHD group is right for me?
We will determine this together during your free consultation call.
Is this a replacement for 1-on-1 therapy?
Group therapy has been shown to be highly effective for ADHD. However, you may find that you have additional concerns (related to or separate from your ADHD) that will respond better to 1-on-1 therapy.
 Who can join the group?
Adults 18 and over who are located in NC or VA at the time of their session who have completed a free consultation call and been approved for participation. You do not have to be formally diagnosed with ADHD in order to participate or to benefit from the group.
Does this group make me your patient?
Yes. You must be located in NC or VA at the time of your appointment. You will be a patient as long as you are participating in group. However, your treatment will be group therapy only (not medication management or individual therapy or therapy intensives unless you make additional appointments, as available, for these parts of ADHD care).

What if I need more support?
For clients located in NC or VA, I offer ADHD therapy intensives. To schedule a consultation call to see if ADHD group therapy and/or an ADHD therapy intensive is right for you, click here.
How long will I remain in group therapy?
You will commit to at least 6 weeks of group therapy and at that time, you may opt to leave the group or continue.
