FAQs
What makes this course different? 
This course is truly holistic. I'm not a coach only focused on teaching you a skill or cheering you on. I'm a licensed Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years experience treating ADHD (and my entire life living with ADHD). We are going to build your knowledge base, develop skills together, and attend to the emotional wounding that happens when you have ADHD, some of which you may not realize you are experiencing. 
 Is this a replacement for therapy? 
Not necessarily. I am a firm believer that everyone could benefit from ongoing mental health support in some capacity. This course is a great adjunct to therapy and a great preparation for therapy. During the course, we will review how and when you should get additional support. That said, this course will cover what is typically covered in about 6 months of traditional therapy sessions. 
 Who can take this course? 
Adults 18 and over who live in the US.  You do not have to be formally diagnosed with ADHD to take or benefit from this course.
 Does this course make me your patient? 
No. This course is for educational purposes only and does not establish a patient/provider relationship. I do not have openings for medication management at this time.
 
What if I need more support?
